How do I pay for the service I need?

When you are ready to book, you need to complete our a booking form, we’ll then book you in to our system as soon as possible, usually within a few hours, and confirm the booking by emailing a confirmation.  The booking confirmation email will contain a link which you need to click to check your booking details and pay the reservation fee. The reservation fee is set by the Service Provider and will be between 30% and 50% of the total booking value. The reservation fee needs to be paid as soon as possible, the service is not booked for you until the reservation fee has been paid. You need to pay securely online through your booking page, by credit or debit card, all major cards are accepted, there is no additional charge for paying by card.

The balance is due 60 days prior to the event, further instruction will be sent to you by email to remind you. You are of course welcome to pay the full balance at the point of booking.

If your book a service and your event is in less than 60 days then the full balance will be due at the point of booking.
