How soon should we book the service for our event?

When you should book a service is dependant on your priorities and budget.  The average booking is taken 12 months in advance of the event date, but we have a mixture of customers who book 2 years in advance and some that book at last minute.

To reserve a service for your event all you necessarily need is an event date, everything else can be amended and refined as and when they can be confirmed.  There is no admin fee to change your booking details, however there may be a need to adjust the price of the booking if there is a significant change to the itinerary.

The general advice would be, if you have set an event date and you want a specific service then you should book it as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.
