Why does it say ‘distance too far’ when trying to get a quote but my venues are really close together?

This message appears when mileage exceeds the maximum set for the for the specific service selected for the Service Provider has to travel. The services have varying tolerances set to ensure that the service you chose is cost effective for the Service Provider to provide the service.

The quote page sorts the services based on their Service Providers distance to the event so the higher the service is in the list then the closer the the Service Providers base is to you and the shorter the distance they need to travel to reach you.
