Unfortunately this was not the quality expected. The driver was not well presented despite wearing a suit, he didn’t look smart and was smoking cigarettes outside our registry office regardless of the no smoking signs. The car was quite tired looking, smelt of cigarettes and was particularly warm, when I asked the driver if he could please turn down the heating he said “ that’s as low as it goes love” and didn’t offer to put the AC on. The driver was playing music that had some really inappropriate lyrics which made one of our party feel really uncomfortable. Having received the previous response to the temperature in the car I didn’t want to make a fuss about it so we just had to sit and listen to it. He then had the cheek to ask for a photo by the car by which time we just posed for a picture and got away as soon as we could. This was more like a mini cab driver than a wedding car. Thankfully everything else about our day was good!.
