The driver arrived 30mins early to ensure he didn’t get stuck in traffic, he told me not to rush  He helped me into the car, asked if we wanted music on and then put my playlist on which helped to relax me Very polite, helped me out of the car at the other end, allowed us to take pictures, didn’t rush at all.
