Vlad my driver was impeccable, was super professional, was happy to wait when we were running late, had great chat and was so chivalrous.  The booking experience on the other hand was awful. Months before the event we had a few changes and it was like trying to get blood out of a stone. I had to email approximately 30 times, had 2 phone calls and the updates still weren’t processed. This stress was entirely unnecessary and was based on incompetence from the business. Based on this I would not book again. .
