We had a great experience with BB Wedding Cars from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent from the moment we booked right through to the big day, which really helped everything run smoothly.
Our driver, Richard, was absolutely fantastic – punctual, professional, and so polite. Even when the original car we had booked developed an engine fault the day before the wedding, the team at BB got in touch straight away to explain the situation and offered us a free upgrade without any fuss. It was handled so well and really reassured us ahead of the day.
