The car broke down on the way to us. I guess this  is just the risk of booking an old, traditional wedding car! We were so thankful a replacement car was available.  We swapped the cars over on the day, so the bridesmaids did 2 journeys to Church in the smaller replacement car, and the bride still travelled in a large, traditional car that was originally intended for the 5 bridesmaids. Our driver did all he could to make the day special for us all, and we can’t thank him enough,  he was brilliant. We all had a wonderful day, and what could have been a bad situation was made good again. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.  A breakdown can happen to any “old” car.  The respect and professionalism we experienced was second to none. Thank you. .
