Wedding car itself was beautiful and the company were easy to book with. The car turned up on time and the driver appeared well dressed. While driving to the venue the driver appeared to be swirling form. Left to right on multiple occasions and when arriving at the venue scrapped the wedding car on the side of the wall with the wedding party in it. Despite reserving the car for a set amount of time to cover before during and after the ceremony the driver left during the ceremony unknown to the wedding party so when they came out to have photos with the car like they paid for he was no where to be seen. They were contacted and told the car was miles away from them and could not return despite paying for him for another hour! So not only did we not get the photos with the car we paid for and lost an hour with the car despite paying nearly £400 for the car for 2 hours we also had to forfeit some photography time despite again paying for 2 hours photography and the photographer trying to think of many other photos we could Do to try and fill the time that the car photos were meant to do we still finished photos earlier tha plan which put quite a damper on the day due to me being autistic and my hyper focus being classic cars so it was a big thing for me to be able to have photos with one. Quite disappointed in the company’s response despite having to have photos cut short and there for loosing some photography money we lost 45 mins photo time at the cost of 175 pounds and the lose of the hour with the car costing approximately 100 they offered a maximum refund of 70 will not be recommending this company to anyone please go to a company who will look after your needs and if a hiccup happens they compensate you accordingly .
