I was contacted a few days prior to our hire by Lucy. She was very pleasant and Very helpful, going through the details of the hire confirming times, etc. Due to the time of year and the age of the vehicle Lucy Offered an upgrade of the vehicle as the one we chose originally had no heating.
Adam, Our chauffeur was very punctual arriving in plenty of time to Allow for any unforeseen delays on the road. He was very polite and professional. I’m very smartly presented.
