Not cheap item to pay for but we decided it was required for our special day. Driver turns up in jeans not a professional look of a driver on a wedding day. Car looked beautiful on outside but we got in to a car that had not been well maintained. Rips on the canapy stiching come away so didnt close properly. As it had been raining an started when in the car the roof was leaking, dripping onto my dress and my fathers suit jack was soaked. Something that should have been so special for a dad and his only daughter and then a bride and groom returning was ruined by the lack of care to the cars and professional standards of the company. As yet end jan 26 still no communication to resolve this complaint from them. Please do not use if you want your day to go well.
